  I worked as a Nurse during the summer. The staff worked beautifully with many different challenges that came their way. Care and compassion for all campers was paramount. The counselors not only showed compassion, but spread the love of Jesus through their actions, conversations and personal accountability. This is definitely a place I would feel secure about sending my child, whether they had special needs or not. Their mission to care for and spread the love of Jesus still continues after 40+ years in service.

  The councilors and staff are so fun and joyful to be around, during the meals, the DJ, my cousin Laura Chavaro, plays dance songs such as, Whip/NaeNae, Cupid Suffle, the Mississippi Cha CHA Slide, etc.

  I was a camper at camp joy id id a very fun and exciting experience. Usually we start the day off with breakfeast then we would go to chapel. Then depending on the schedule lunch then challenges fun games like capture the flag. The staff are the best.I encourage more people to learn about jesus the right way and the right way is at camp joy bible fellowship
